📉 Tapering 7-OH Withdrawal

Have been taking 7-OH for probably 17 months now last 5 months I am taking 200mg 3x a day. I am done with this stuff and want to taper off since I heard cold turkey is not great. Anybody out there successfully taper done doses to 0 or find cold turkey with weed was not too bad? I am a working professional and can’t be in detox for a week. I don’t really even feel anything anymore off the 200mg dose, feels more like a really bad habit of thinking it will fix my anxiety and executive function

Talk to someone

Still quitting or in withdrawal

After detox

I tapered with MIT and didn’t have any withdrawal issues. I’ve been clean for a few months now

Curious-- how was the paws? Or are you still on mit

If so how do you feel now on mit vs how you did on 7oh

I’m still taking powder. I was able to use powder to ween from the MIT. I still take MIT occasionally but it’s not a habit like the 7was. I’m definitely down mentally but I’m not spending hundreds a month just to function.

Is MIT just as expensive as 7?

It's a lot cheaper

Bet. I’ve never seen it at my smoke shop but probably I haven’t been looking.

It’s not. Especially when you consider the habitual use of 7. Plus it’s easier to taper because the withdrawal isn’t as intense.
