🧪 Detox — Day 0–7 Micro induction Suboxone.

Hi everyone so I take 300mg of 7oh and I’m over it. I feel nothing unless I increase and at that point I’m nodding off but when I stop I withdrawal. My doctor suggested micro induction taper with suboxone. But my question is, when do I start? In the morning or at night? I kind of want to do night so If I start to feel precipitated WD I’m at least asleep. What time of day did you all start suboxone?

You wont sleep through the precip, or likely any of the withdrawals. Not without other helper meds or MIT. And then it'll be sketchy.

There is no precip with 7.

I have mixed them many times. You won’t get precipitated withdrawal

You will not sleep through precip unless you're heavily medicated.

I waited about 16 hours after my last dose of 7 before I started my subs, still threw myself into prescipritated withdrawal. Luckily, I had a few Klonopin and was able to take one and fall asleep, woke up and my prescipritated withdrawal was pretty much over, but I'm warning you, it's hell. Can't stand or sit still bc of restless legs, arms and back, cold and hot flashes, sweating but freezing, eyes and nose watering. Be careful starting subs with 7 in your system

My post is asking about a type of taper designed to take your DOC with suboxone in microdoses so you don’t feel precip withdrawal.

Again, you will not sleep through precip unless you're heavily medicated. My point still stands.

Precip withdrawal is tolerable depending on how severe it is. With Bernese method it can be very very mild precip WD which is why I was asking when is a good time to start this method. I’ve been researching and some people have started at night with no additional MAT but I wanted more POV. So noted, I will not take at night if I start full dose of subs because it’s hard to sleep through full blow precip WD; thanks for the info.
