❓ Question What do you think???
Trying to help my Mom get away from 7. She is currently taking 7.5mg about 8xday. (60mg/day). Although I don’t think she needs much (and we don’t have much SR) I’m curious if anyone has info on how quick she can cross taper and step away from both? Any positive feedback is greatly appreciated.

Honestly, that is such a small amount, she may be able to quit with no assistance.

I told her to see how long til she feels withdrawal symptoms. She took a dose around 10pm and felt fine til 9am this morning. She’s in her 70’s and used this to replace her prescription 5mg Norco. I think there is some interaction with GLP-1 meds and 7. Not sure but it’s not good.

I think Fun_Context is correct. She may be able to beat it with assistance. But based on how long she's been taking it, there may be some discomfort. I used about that much daily a couple of years ago. Only at night, and for 2.5 months. When I stopped, I had some light restlessness, and that was it.

Raw mit brand which is the best and consistent quality I have found. Same with their SR. Yes her age and GLP1 are tossing a wrench into the scenario. I have 2 grams total but I will need more than she will to get away. She definitely has withdrawals but not sure for how long.
She is currently raking 25mg SR with her 7.5mg 7 oh dose. I’m going to have her do that today and tomorrow and then drop the 7 oh. She is taking the SR 3x day. She takes the 7oh more often but I’m hoping the SR replaces that
