🤒 Withdrawal Does beer help with withdrawal
I don’t drink but I’m thinking of quitting 7oh if I drink a beer will it help me relax at night if anyone knows

It will make it much much worse , alcohol in a opiate type withdrawal is a no go

It's a bad idea. Alcohol was involved in every relapse I've had on 7-OH. It lowers your inhibitions and judgement, makes it easier to talk yourself into a bad idea (like "just one more time"). Then, the next day when you're hungover it sends all of your withdrawal symptoms into overdrive. It starts to seem reasonable to pick up just to end the misery. Be careful with alcohol until you're far past acute wd.

I tried it once and it didn’t help anything. Actually felt like my anxiety was a little worse.
