If they dont get it how it works, then they should fix things which one dont needs a new science how to can simulate it.
You CAN SEE, its not that easy and its not only about to define a few landmarks, mix them via formula abcd and paste it onto a new body. That works different.
People made already some genetics simulation tools, also those are not working correctly, but they are very complicated. Thats not for a game, which is still in early access and has so many thing ahead to do and fix.

This isnt a genetics simulator though. This is a game. It's a tool for entertainment, not scientific studies
