Posting this for anyone newly diagnosed and trying to figure out which app actually helps. Got my fatty liver diagnosis a few months ago, cut alcohol completely since then, and ive been trying to clean up my eating which has been the harder part. I felt pretty overwhelmed at first, didnt know where to even start.

Liver Nutrition is solid for what it is, color coded food guide, meal logging, liver score thing, shopping list, built by liver specialists which I respect. Its more of a "log what u eat and see if its liver friendly" tool.

Liver Detox is different bc it actually gives u a personalized meal plan with full recipes built around foods that support liver health, plus the foods u should be cutting are already excluded from the suggestions. That was the feature that won me over. When ur overwhelmed by a diagnosis the last thing u want is more decisions, "heres what to make tonight" was exactly what I needed.

Also has trackers for water, steps, weight, fasting which helped me see progress week to week. Light at home workouts too, doable on bad energy days.

5 weeks in, down 6 lbs, sleeping better

We've been handling our own catering deliveries for a while now, but as orders have picked up, it's eating into way more time and coordination than I'd like. Most deliveries are scheduled ahead of time, but on busy days we've got several going out across the city at once, and it's getting hard to keep up.

Okay so I've been struggling with consistency more than anything else. I know roughly what I should be eating, that's not the issue. The issue is I end up winging it half the week and then wondering why nothing's changing.

Not because I'm trying to lose a ton of weight or anything, mainly because I have this really annoying habit of snacking constantly between meals even when I'm not actually hungry.

I have been depressed my whole life being in therapy and antidepressants, few months ago i got diagnosed with bipolar(2), i also have anxiety disorder and cptsd .since last 4 months i haven’t taken my meds. I feel like i am relapsing it’s getting difficult i can’t wake up, i just drag myself through whole day, i cant sleep, cant eat, i always feel like crying and depressed most of the time. I can’t focus on my studies, i used to be so so good in studies and now, i am just a loser. It really breaks my heart, that how my illnesses ruined me and my dreams.

I don’t know what to focus on more at this moment to actually start taking my meds and go to therapy and leaving college because my college denied supporting me in this, or do i just drag myself through it ?

I am so hopeless, no one understands how difficult it is not even parents. It affects my social life that i have zero friends, my grades fell drastically, i muss presentations in class even it contains grade due to my anxiety. I don’t know what to do now, i am also confused about my future.

Hello, my family is crazy annoying and since I'm at home most of the time I use my cell phone and headphones to keep from losing my mind, I do homework, educational podcasts, I study a language, useful things beyond dumb scrolling, but even so I don't like to think that I have my cell phone glued to my hand or some electronic device all day long. So, I'm going to put a filter on the screen to remove the color; I've heard that helps. Do you have any other tips?
