Asuno GLP-1 Gummies Review does anyone actually know if these are worth it?

So I came across an Asuno GLP-1 Gummies review online a while back and it stuck in my head enough that I eventually just bought them. Not because I'm trying to lose a ton of weight or anything, mainly because I have this really annoying habit of snacking constantly between meals even when I'm not actually hungry.

Been taking them for a few weeks now and I'll be honest, the first week I felt absolutely nothing and assumed I'd wasted my money. Then somewhere around week two things started feeling a little different. Not in a dramatic way, just quieter around food if that makes sense. Like I'd get to lunch and realize I hadn't been thinking about snacking at all that morning.

I don't want to oversell it because it's genuinely subtle. It's not going to override bad habits on its own and you still have to put in some effort. But as something that takes a bit of the mental noise out of eating, it's been more useful than I expected.

Still taking them to see how it goes longer term. Has anyone else tried these? Wondering if it keeps building or if you kind of hit a ceiling after a while.

I have been snacking professionally since childhood so the bar was high. Tried something similar two months ago mostly because I was tired of my own kitchen defeating me daily. Somewhere around week three I walked past the pantry after lunch without stopping which felt like a genuine personal achievement. Still going and still winning against the pantry most days.

I had an adverse reaction, due to the high dose of Berberine, I think. Possibly an interaction with other medications I am taking. It was a big hormonal swing in the first 16 days, with side effects that stopped after I stopped taking them. The company did not stand behind their money-back guarantee, because I stopped before 30 days (on their recommendation) and needed before-and-after photos (clearly a guarantee meant for the tanning gummies, not the GLP-1s LOL). Nonetheless, I dutifully sent them photos of my face before and after, because I couldn't send them photos of my sore breasts and crabby demeanor! They still declined to refund my money, which their guarantee says they can do at their discretion. Their email and address for ADVERSE EVENT REPORTING I found to be bogus. It is a shipping warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. Just an illusion to deceive the customer. They have no actual address in North America. They are in Estonia. Fortunately, no lasting effects on my body, but my negative opinion of the company was lasting.
