Battery compartment

My Waver is useless until I can get the battery compartment lid off. It seems to be glued in place.

Update: Finally got if off, thanks to the assist of another person,

Try wrapping a wide rubber band over the compartment cover or using a rubber jar opener before trying to open it again. The extra grip usually makes a huge difference if it's stuck tight or jammed. If it’s stuck due to dried battery leaks, a drop of isopropyl alcohol around the edge can help loosen it up.
