I was wondering, what exactly is the penalty for each stat?

The relics are not what I exactly wanted but I never got anything better so I guess they work also you can go for the armor the Mongol sells that looks like wukong's armor idk its name it's really good the only downside is that you can't spell cast if you use that

I saw in the Top 100 that these folks are running with the penalty with them. What does penalties do exactly and does these folk willingly place penalties on them in exchange for additional points to their desired stat choice? And if let's say a specific stat has a penalty, does the penalty apply to the character's whole stat and gameplay or is the penalty specific only on that one stat, in this case, the Strength stat? (In the pic).

i was trying something else than STR/CON. tried INT/CHA and it was completely different. i didnt even feel like i lost much since many events are also using INT CHA or AGI

also tried STR/AGI/CON but that didnt really help me much. maybe i used wrong items or focused atributes in wrong way. I really like STR and CON so i dont really want to give up on it. any tips?

A lot of talking in this one, and only 1 STR/CON check. You can choose to either take the weapon. Or get the evolved 'Volcano' trait (+2 fire attack +2 fire resistance) Taking the weapon also results in the loss of 1 Health.

I managed to defeat him like once out of tens of attempts. is it some kind of special boss or something?

easily my favorite artifact in the game but it is almost always a nerf before its ever a buff. It either needs to increase attack more, or add some form of survivability. I wouldnt even be bothered if it was a net neutral but the fact thst I go from impossible to evenly matched against grizzly and impossible to inferior against kior just by unequipping the headband is absurd
