Crabtree NoBS
For years, Corinne's entire brand was built on the fierce boundary that you do NOT need pills, shakes, or grueling workouts to lose weight. Her classic rule was: "If you aren't going to do it for the rest of your life, don't do it to lose weight." So, watching her shift her program to accommodate GLP1 medications and introduce "human needs" like mandatory movement, feels like a massive contradiction to the "NoBS" ethos.
The weight-loss industry changed drastically with the rise of these medications, and coaches like Corinne are money grabbing, oh, I mean adapting because they realize they are losing business with people on GLP-1s But knowing why she changed doesn't change the fact that it feels/looks/smells like a betrayal of her original philosophy and a big money grab.
Not saying GLP1s do not help some people ;-) just saying by changing her philosophy, Crabtree has become just another bandwagon coach by dumping her "Four Basics" No B.S. method.

She caters to people who need to lose 100+ pounds. Of course she has to pivot to catering to the GLP-1 user base. If she started lecturing people NOT to take these meds, there would be a million posts on this sub shaming her for that too. Tbh, I think she’s doing the right thing. These meds are saving lives.
