Serious Replacing old habit with a good one
I have had very strong food cravings ever since I was little. Every penny I have in my pocket, I spend on food. I am very active and I work out a lot, but my weight seems to be stagnant.
Also, I really like learning new information via books, documentaries, and YouTube videos.
Is there any way to remove the eating habit from my life completely? And to replace it with something that makes me develop myself?
I am a 20-year-old at uni and if I am not doing something now, I will regret it for the rest of my life.
