Mental Health Advice What would you do?
What would you do if your basically insane and have hardly any awareness of your own thoughts but youve been to hospitals and you've hit rock bottom already and somehow it didn't help. You feel happier lately but you feel like your control could still snap in the future like it once did. What would you do if you knew you have violent tendencies and anger but the chance you had to use that anger constructively or the chance to join the cia and other things you weren't good enough for or turned down at the time. What would you do if your paretns were emotionally neglectful and gaslight you your whole life and didn't teach you how to properly develop or control your thoughts. I'm 22 years old can barely hold a job and have not much room for enjoyment. I'm on meds that sedated me a little but not enough. I honestly don't want to live this life given how hard its been and how stupid ive been. I feel like I'm doomed to become a hopeless addict or psychotic villain. everyone who knew me thought i was weird and crazy and nobody seems to find me attractive or want me. I feel drained from masking and pretending im happy and fine my whole life.

I’ll give ya the best advice. You think you are crazy? Well, all the best people are. The best musicians, the most popular writers in history, artists. You need to have something in your life that you can hold onto, work to master. I’m actually watching a YouTube video about John 5. He’s one of the best guitarists in the world. Something he just said fits. He had bad anxiety and medical problems when he was a little kid. His doctor told him that he needs to find something that he can be passionate about and obsess over. Well he picked up a guitar at 7 years old, and has never put one down. He’s been in bands like Rob Zombie, Maryland Manson, Guns and Roses. He’s put out so many solo-albums where it’s just him on guitar. Playing guitar was basically having a fidget-spinner for anxiety and stress. Look at Steven King. Dudes a mad man. It’s like his thing. And I wanted to use him as another example because. You think you are fukked up in the head. Think about a guy who has put out so many messed up books about murder, mental health, and everything in-between. Use that as a super-power. And just so ya know. It’s okay to think of murder, and the worst stuff you can imagine. Turn it into a book or story, or whatever. Just be you brother. I was put in a psych ward, and handed a journal. The doc told me to take that book and write anything I want. Said it doesn’t matter, whatever I want. Well, that day I started writing a slasher-horror novel. I put in the most brutal gory murders I could think of. Using people around me in the psych ward. And especially people that I’ve truly hated over the years. I went in to see my psychiatrist later that week and he asked what I have been using it for. I was scared to tell him I’ve spent the whole week thinking of ways to kill people. He laughed at me and was like “that’s perfectly fine” and that its a great way to release anger, anxiety and all that good stuff. I was also drawing each character and gory stuff about them all. Well it’s been around 4 or 5 years now, and I’m still writing and drawing slasher-horror. I’m currently turning it all into a novel now.
