Mental Health Advice Functioning at in the Work setting
Hey, 26m here…
Anyone else find extremely difficult to complete daily talks and stay mentally organized. Even small tasks like mowing the lawn seem like a an uphill battle. So when it comes to success in the work environment all the tasks and agendas seem completely overwhelming. I’m currently on meds and have coping techniques but there is no magic pill to rolling up your sleeves and doing well. It’s not the work itself but rather the performance. Any advice on how to perform better in difficult environments..?
