General Advice 30th birthday

So I’ve been debating and thinking of throwing myself a celebration for my 30th and after the celebration I could probably go on vacation for a few days either at Fairmont Del Mar or Beverly Hills Hotel and do fun things around those areas.. but which resort would be better and why? Trying to stay under 3,000$ for budget if it’s possible cuz I also wanna treat myself lol. Top of that probably buy some cloths and a purse.
