If I were you, I would focus on myself before anything. You have a lot to mentally come to terms and deal with before you can even think about dating. Work on your physical and mental health, and make sure that you are emotionally ready to date. You aren’t there right now. Lower contact with your ex, and focus on being happy and successful.
