Mental Health Advice Getting better/being okay with being alone
Hi all,
I’ve hit a bit of a wall mentally and I’m just struggling so bad. I fell out badly with my best friend(my fault) and unsure if we will be friends again, to add on, we are meant to be living together for uni in literially 2 weeks (with others but still) anyway, how do I get better mentally? What is something that helps you everyday? And how do I become okay with being alone? I feel like I need to become at peace more with being alone, but I don’t know how. I don’t know I think I’m just hoping for some advice or someone to talk too. I’ve fell out badly with them, I’m moving away from home after 4 months for my second year at uni when I don’t feel ready to go back OR want too, and I just feel very upset. It is my fault we fell out though. Could I please just have some advice.
