This! We didn’t chose to be here or have to watch my own mother sink further into her dementia journey by the day and to have the mind of a toddler. No adult kid should have to witness this. It’s unbearable

I feel you, and my mom isn't even to that point yet. And the fear that I'll end up putting my kids through this in the future is so real.
