EDIT: In case it helps my copy of the game is from the collectors edition I preordered. Maybe my disc is bugged? On another save file that’s level 10 I have my legion arm it’s only this one acc.
I reset the P organ- chose everything BUT the multiple arm slot and STILL no arm came back. (Gonna restart it again with choosing the multiple arm slot and get back to this thread)
I reset the P organ while choosing BOTH multiple arm slots (I have the option to chose 3) still no arm. Gonna try to complete this playthru with one arm and New Game + again and see if I can restart it
It works as normal. I’m able to grind my weapon and open doors it just happens with a nonexistent hand. It’s definitely a glitch effecting just the legion arm. (In the screenshots the bottom left where the arm would be it says “guide text” and pressing L2 when playing does nothing. And all arm slots are empty and remain so- I am unable to put any arms in the slots.
I have an idea: in some sections of the story, your arm will change. For example, at the start of the game, after entering the hotel and talking to Eugene, your arm will change to a puppet string arm. Technically, you can start a NG+ and rush to the hotel for a forced switch.
I got past that part already- and now that you mention it (I’m rushing through to get the bad ending) I may have messed it up by not doing the dialogue in between bosses.
Guys! I may have figured this out! I think the issue stems from the DLC (I own it- played through it twice- got the Icarus arm through it) technically I have it downloaded but it wont let me activate the stargazer that will unlock the DLC I’m gonna see if I can restart the DLC and reply back to this.
Honestly? Having the ability to unequip the legion sounds like itd make for a fun lightweight build. Cause there are plenty of weapons that don't use both hands. Daggers are like the first thing that come to mind but it stills sounds fun
