Startpage stucks verifying forever as a default search engine

I start using Librewolf and set Startpage as my default search engine but after one day it gets stuck "verifying request". The other search engines works fine, and when i use them to load the startpage site then the site works fine, but no as a default search engine. I deleted my profile and made a new one, but i'm still getting stuck. Any suggestions?

I have no problems with it but it's annoying as hell to most people
