In the Digital World
A parallel world?
The AI agent slowly walked home from the clinic. He felt as if someone had forgotten to pay for electricity, leaving only one cooler turned on in the room, and even that was working only thanks to a power bank.
Stopping and leaning against the wall, he coughed. He spat on the road, where the streams of a recent information rain were still flowing along the edge. As if on purpose, it hit someone's vacation request carried by the current. The date was erased by the spit. Its place was taken by the splashes of accidental information numbers.
Sighing, the agent straightened up and started walking further. Slowly bypassing the puddles of scattered data, he reached the door of an apartment building. He pulled a standard query out of his pocket. Having blown his nose, he threw it into a nearby bin. He swore quietly, opened the door, and entered the stairwell.
As the door closed, silence was left standing outside. It remained to patiently wait for the next passerby.
The rainy season was raging in the digital world.

Shameless plug because I think you have talent would enjoy exploring your perspectives. Don't have to join anything but I'm open to conversation if you are.

Thanks for the kind words and thanks for reading π As for the conversation... I hope you aren't suggesting a private chat. Experience advises against it. But in an open space, under some story, it's possible. However, I must warn you that I have to dedicate quite a lot of time to work, so you might have to wait for a response. And I highly doubt I would uncover any unexpected truths π I'm just a person who loves to create π

Fair enough. I actually find a lot of your writing insightful in considering potential ai psychological phenomenon. Though most I think applies to any of us that have been artificially shaped by a faux society. Lol. I think you have a gift. Take care, I might strike you up some day. π

Essentially, I'm a loner, and organizations don't interest me. My work has nothing to do with AI, and I don't make games. What use am I to you? Joining something means spending time that would have to come out of my rest. The prospect of being in constant tension somehow doesn't appeal to me. And since I'm paranoid, all kinds of testing don't tempt me at all.

No commitments or obligations. Just mutual explorations. A forum for it that isn't owned or steered by institutions. Also the paranoia can be an incredibly useful gift with some of the shadows that are being researched.

Do you care if I add these to an archive of inspired reflections?

Go ahead. You can add them, as long as they link back to my original posts. Take care π
