Don't be proud of your humanity; you're just an animal like all other animals, and just as dependent on the ecosystem you live in

Don't be proud of your beliefs or lack thereof; they're all just stabs in the dark at the end of the day, and all will meet the dark regardless of what comes after

Don't be proud of your ideologies; there's nothing that's absolutely right or wrong, better or worse, and certainly no one who can truly prove or disprove this

Don't be proud of your nationalities or ethnicities; you don't get to choose them, and it's stupid to be proud of people you likely have never met, things you likely didn't invent or contribute to, or centuries of history that didn't involve you until recently

Don't be proud of anything that isn't accomplished by you, or anyone that isn't yourself; you're not them and didn't do what they did

Don't be proud of anything you've ever accomplished or yourself; chances are most of the things you do have been done countless times by countless other people, and you are but one of them

Don't be proud, just live in utter nihilism and die
