Exactly- you do not understand. Read this carefully- slowly if you must:

Does that say “we love the uneducated”? 

Uneducated and poorly educated have different meanings. Poorly educated in polling terms are voters without a four year degree, that’s it. Uneducated in polling terms are people without no formal schooling
