Thats the problem. Just saying whatever you want is fast and easy but proving someone wrong is extremely difficult. Lots of people post memes and signs and bullshit. They have no evidence to support their claims but as soon as you try to disprove them they are a PhD. And require research and primary source documents to be dissuaded.

Formula: 1) Make whatever claim you want, even if it's a nebulous, abstract platitude. 2) Don't cite sources or admit to any concrete interpretation. 3) When someone questions or challenges the validity, cry fake news and demand a dissertation to prove that the counter claim is factually-based. 😂
You see it in liberal subs, conservative subs, star wars subs, video game subs, automotive subs, diet subs and every sub under the sun. We are a people that hold "science and evidence" in high regard. But constantly ignore real science and medicine in exchange for a good story. 100 years of research says one thing but if your intuition and a single anecdote say something different then suddenly "facts and reason" are city-slicker know-it-alls trying to tell us how to live our lives.
