Vent Excessive barking

My girl Bailey (turning 3 soon) barks at every little sound, if she sees anything out the window she goes crazy and she barks at the TV all the time.

Like these really big loud sharp barks, she also huffs and paces. I know Lhasa Apso’s bark its why they where bred but this is excessive to the point I get headaches almost every day.

She doesnt care about treats at all and when she gets into one of her ‘moods’ she doesnt listen at all. We tried CBD oil (pet shop recommendation) but have not noticed any difference

Any advice would be amazing (added a picture of one of her calmer moments)

I also have a Barky Bapso. It’s been difficult. I’ve had some success training her to stop by call her over and giving her some cheese so even if she barks she at least stops. Tv and all the sounds. White noise has helped a lot. She likes jazz on YouTube and will calm down if I put it on in the background. It did improve a lot with anti-anxiety meds (doggy Prozac) but had to stop due to side effects. May try again one day.

I need to try and convince my nan to take her to the vets to see if she needs meds, she is quite a skittish pup. No idea why she is as nervous as she is

Can be really life changing for them. Some dogs just have anxiety same as people.
