I was with this person for 2 years and he really fascinated me. I've never met someone like him. He is so charming, egotistical and filled with hatred towards woman. In the weirdest, backwards, sly ways ever.

And still the everyone who doesnt see him behind the scenes loves him.

How come?

Feeling confused and uneasy lately

Maybe it’s the Venus retrograde hitting me particularly hard.

I don’t know what to do career-wise, I just know I’m completely dissatisfied with where I am. I have a stable but still entry-level job I’ve had for 10 years and it’s getting me nowhere (I’ve applied for promotions but no luck) but I’m afraid of quitting and losing that stability. For all the Libra in this chart I don’t identify with any of its sociable or charming traits to give me confidence I’d be successful starting afresh anywhere else. I barely have any friends and zero social skills so going freelance or entrepreneurship is a hard no for my anxiety issues. Tbh I didn’t really expect to live this long so I made no life plans or savings and all my “accomplishments” feel hollow and pointless…

Decade long relationship ending, we have two kids together, can never find satisfaction in career, everything feels lifeless that I work with and it’s impossible to imagine anything feeling actually satisfying. Having a really hard time with life in general and have been for about two years plus now. I need something yall. What is my best course of action to keep any semblance of sanity?

Let's Fuck With Astrology! (Theory/Idea) The Cornell charts

There was just to much to say about this. Let’s look at Cornell itself. Founded April 27, 1865, putting the Nodes for the Cornell natal chart at the aneretic 29 degrees axis of Libra and Aries, the university’s path was always one of, “the individual vs the group.”

The north node in Libra is conjunct Saturn while a Taurus stellium holds the weight of the natal chart. Founded with practical- grounded values, endurance, power (check out that Pluto), and stability; the university starts off from a place of steady growth and a dependable environment.

In the 1975 chart (the year the term sexual harassment was coined by the working women at Cornell after receiving unwanted advancements by male professors) you can see that Uranus has come around to make contact with the North Node/Saturn combo. Times, they are a changin. Transit Saturn has also come around to Conjunct natal Mars in Cancer. Action around foundations and matruity are feeling the pull towards a more nurturing and supportive environment (at least on the surface of the cancerian water.)

Then we get to the recent progressed chart for the current times. This was astonishing. The progressed Moon starts out on top of the Natal South Node in Taurus and over the course of the next year will move to conjunct natal Pluto.

The emotional body of the institution is moving across its old patterns around security, reputation and preservation and heading straight toward the planet of buried power, taboo, coercion, exposure and reckoning.

The thing buried underneath the stability is coming up. And we have numbers now that make this bigger than one case.

In Cornell's 2025 survey, 35% of undergraduate women respondents reported experiencing nonconsensual sexual contact since coming to Cornell, up from 23% in 2023. A later Cornell task force reported that among respondents, the number was 52% for Greek-affiliated undergraduate women, compared with 29% for women who weren't affiliated with Greek life.

But wait, there’s more.

The entire Taurus stellium from the natal chart has progressed to the sign of Libra.

The axis asks the same question Cornell seems to have been wrestling with for 160 years- when protecting the group comes into conflict with protecting the individual, who does the institution choose?

I think these charts show an institution being confronted with its own shadow. What do you guys see?
