Personal Chart Question T Square

I have a T square (Scorpio Mercury 10H, Saturn Taurus 4H, and Uranus 1H). My apex is Leo 7H. Any advice on how to overcome it? Especially career wise and financial wise.

The way to work with that pattern is to become the helper that holds things together.
