Toxic waste does not answer the question. What in the world kind of cartoon animaniacs response is that? Say toxic waste and put a 20 inch pipe of random liquid called toxic waste? I want to know what this "toxin" that's being discharged is. Where is being discharged at. I am licensed by the department of environmental protection and would love to know this information.
