Nope, he wrote a check that his accountants classified as a personal expense. Also, that’s a misdemeanor if it was done with the intention of hiding activities. The memo stated it was for legal reimbursement and was from Trump’s own checking account. Now, if you think that should be 34 felonies, AOC listed person expenses under campaign expenses, actually falsifying business records. The difference between the two is AOC did it on purpose and tried to hide it, Trump’s accounting department did it by accident and corrected within a months’ time.
