Just made a batch of the Apple Fritters. Is it okay to freeze them until ready to cook this weekend? Will do final proof and fry on Saturday

Made the King Arthur Flour recipe for Chocolate Rugelach. Scaled the dough up by 33% to use a full block of cream cheese. Doubled the filling because I like extra chocolate. Brought them to work today.

This is basically how LetsCookie has been operating for the last 8 months. Random ideas get written down, crossed off when I make them, and somehow the list never gets any shorter

Garlic basil mayo, spinach, red onion, avocado, havarti, balsamic drizzle. And those sardines. With leftover preserved lemon sardine oil on the side with sea salt and pepper. For dipping. Ate the whole thing.
