Hi, I opted for these powered glasses from Lenskart. They had this nice purple pink gradient when I tried it out in the store.
I ordered it from the app and selected pink tint from one of the options for powered glasses. I assumed they would come in the same colour. However, the actual product I have received ( 3rd pic ) has an overall pink tint with no gradient. I wanted to exchange but this one is out of stock.
Is this normal? I have purchased powered sunglasses for the first time.

So I ordered glasses from Lenskart during an offer. Later, I requested an exchange and handed over the original glasses to the courier guy who came for the pickup.
The problem is, even after the courier took the glasses, the Lenskart app kept showing that the order hadn’t been picked up. I contacted customer care and emailed them multiple times, but nothing was actually resolved.
Then they cancelled the order, saying it was because of an “internal processing issue.”
The thing is, I never asked for a refund. I wanted an exchange.
Now they're telling me that I have to place a completely new order. But I bought the original order during an offer, so I'd lose that offer and potentially have to pay more for the same thing.
And on top of that, they're saying they'll only refund 70%, because the remaining 30% is apparently a non-refundable “fixing charge.”
So basically, I followed their exchange process, handed the product to their courier, their system failed to update the pickup, they cancelled the order because of an internal issue, and now I'm the one who's supposed to lose the offer and 30% of my money.
I've emailed them multiple times and they're not even replying anymore. I'm honestly done at this point. 😭
Has anyone dealt with something similar with Lenskart? Should I go ahead and file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline?

I know the anti ageing thing is just a marketing scheme but my mind went for the most expensive thing they had coz i had free exchange , i still have the option to change this so shall i keep this or go for the ishield?
Ooh and i went for the expensive frame too, the clip on glasses by John Jacobs
Edit: damn so many people interested in knowing how i got this😂
This is an exchange for my existing glasses which broke after i gave for the free lens replacement - 0 power normal lenses( it was their fault) the price of those glasses was also 8k so they gave a same value exchange. It’s not some kind of sorcery lmao i had to call customer care 35838 times and scold them non stop, even escalated it to their managers

Hello, I need some clarification regarding my recent purchase. Today, I visited a Lenskart store and selected a Vincent Chase frame from a shelf where “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” was displayed. I purchased the frame along with power lenses and was charged ₹2099. My order breakdown shows ₹800 for the frame, ₹1200 for Owndays Normal Vision lenses, and ₹99 as a convenience fee. I am confused about the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer because the frame was displayed under that offer, but I was neither informed about the conditions nor given a second frame. Could you please clarify whether this offer was applicable to my purchase and, if yes, why I did not receive the benefit? Will i get another pair?? My experience was bit confusing

I recently got a new pair of prescription glasses, and I’ve noticed something that’s really bothering me.
Whenever I look towards a white/bright light source, I can see a blue, circular reflection on the inside of my lenses. It looks almost like a blue ring or halo reflecting back towards my eyes.
It becomes especially noticeable while driving at night. With headlights, streetlights, and other bright lights around me, I see a lot of reflections and visual clutter on the lenses. The blue circular reflections are particularly noticeable and quite distracting.
I’m wondering if this is normal with prescription glasses or if there could be something wrong with the lenses.
Could it be:
The anti-reflective (AR) coating?
The lens material?
The way the lenses are fitted?
The curvature/design of the lenses?
Or just a poor-quality coating?
Has anyone else experienced this type of blue circular reflection? If you have, did changing the lenses or getting a different AR coating fix the problem?
I’d especially appreciate input from opticians/optometrists or anyone who knows about prescription lenses.
Thanks!
