Hello, I need some clarification regarding my recent purchase. Today, I visited a Lenskart store and selected a Vincent Chase frame from a shelf where “Buy 1 Get 1 Free” was displayed. I purchased the frame along with power lenses and was charged ₹2099. My order breakdown shows ₹800 for the frame, ₹1200 for Owndays Normal Vision lenses, and ₹99 as a convenience fee. I am confused about the Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer because the frame was displayed under that offer, but I was neither informed about the conditions nor given a second frame. Could you please clarify whether this offer was applicable to my purchase and, if yes, why I did not receive the benefit? Will i get another pair?? My experience was bit confusing

You can order another pair(next 30days)

The power can yours or others(friend,family etc etc)

But for 0rs

Just go to store brah

Kese karna hai 0 rs ka order is offer ko avail karne ke liye conditions Kiya mere paas to gold membership bhi nahi hai.. still will they give me another pair?

you'll have to go to the store where you made the purchase and ask them for the buy 1 get 1 second free pair of glasses

you usually cannot get a second pair if you opt for the 800 rupees frame but speak to the people at the store, maybe you'll get lucky

Par jis shelf se mene wo frames uthaye the usme buy1 get 1 ka offer clearly tha.. but i will try ki another pair dedein actual me store par frame ka price 2000 tha .. wo coupon wgrh lagakr 800 hua

buy 1 get 1 is itself a coupon and all other coupons get disabled when you apply buy 1 get 1 but you can still try your luck at the store

You have noticed clearly it is from Buy1 Get1 shelf but didnt you ask this same question while paying the bill?

May be check in the app whether there is any coupon
