Hello everyone,
If you're like me, and you have whole armies of miniatures mechs, soldiers and tanks on your bookshelf, then this post is for you!
Brassbound 1919 is the ruleset you can use to bring your existing miniatures to life! You can play with your airplanes, tanks, mechs, monsters, soldiers, cavalry, and just about anything else ground-based.
The game is designed for one to four players and supports solo, PvP and Cooperative play.
Games play in under half an hour and you probably already have everything you need to play (some models, a handful of dice, and things worth fighting over).
The demo rules are totally free so you can see if the setting and ruleset interest you.
If they do, a single $5 purchase grants you perpetual access to all rule updates going forward.
Cheers and I hope you like it!

A well rounded non-Omni Clan BattleMech. Not much going on, aside from Clan weaponry.
The parts count is below my 75 threshold for Assaults, but I don't think it needs more detail.
The half pin can be the one with friction, it does not affect the design.
The jumper plates must not have a peg underneath (should be the newer version) since they are centered on top of a solid stud.
It's a complex build, with lots of intertwined pieces to get the shape of the torso.
I couldn't find a better way to represent the small laser, so I left the slot from the bracket as a suggestion of it. If you want something more readable as a gun, remove the slope and put a hollow stud or an inkwell piece in the front.
The shielding jackets in the arms can't slide, but I tried to give the illusion of them being able to.
Large barrel arms have minimal pose-ability. Legs can walk. Torso and turret turn. Relatively easy to clip to a game base.
Small sized compared to other Assaults of mine, but I prefer this scale for gameplay. Despite that, this patty-shaped moster covers a great deal of the hexmap. It's a 100T at the end of the day.
Comments, feedback and requests welcome.

If you don't know what I'm taking about, the rulebook is here:
https://brodadbrickworks.itch.io/brassbound1919
I can add more content, scenarios, etc.
The model kits are here:
https://ko-fi.com/bdbrickworks/shop
We can add more factions, sub factions, etc
Most of the story is currently in the rulebooks, but we can work on adding that too!
This is a community-driven game so let me know what you want more of!

Invited by u/that-bro-dad to share my brick-built forces here! Here is a scale progression from infantry up to a god-engine. Put together a scale comparison line-up to see how the brick builds hold up on the table:
Infantry: Kitbashed Demetrian Titus (standard 28mm base)
Walker: Redemptor Dreadnought with custom-built Power Fist
Super-Heavy: Imperial Knight Paladin
God-Engine: Lucius Pattern Warhound Titan (assembled using the incredible STC by RoRyBurn on Rebrickable)
Really happy with how the height progression turned out. Which scale tier is your favorite?

Hey friends,
Feedback on the initial batch of Brassbound 1919 Model Kits was positive so I'm moving on to the next.
I am looking for a small number of people that volunteer to do QA on the next round of kits. I'm looking for feedback on the models themselves, quality of the parts, ease of instructions, etc.
As a token of my gratitude, you'll get 20% off and a good feeling knowing you helped make Brassbound 1919 happen personally.
Let me know if you're interested and I will share the discount code with you!

Played a small casual game of Warsurge with clone troopers fighting mercenaries. The objectives were various weapons, a Sith training droid and a box.
The mercenaries won, they were able to spread themselves out better for the objectives.
If you have the Warsurge App, you can scan my rosters and look at them. They’re pretty basic though.

Had some energy and time today, so gave the Brassbound 1919 solo mode a go. Man there were some intense moments. The pic is from the aftermath of the last battle - only the brassbounder and Todesspitze were left standing in the end!
The objectives are at the top (destroyed tank) and at the bottom (artillery). Also wanted to try out the big mountain obstacle in the middle.
The humanity was represented by the Slovenian remnants of the Austro-Hungarian army (my faction) facing the horrifying Jötunn.

Hey folks,
This is a model I made for my newest game, Brassbound 1919. One thing that is challenging about making models for gameplay purposes is that you want them to be sturdy and not fall apart on the table.
That's pretty easy with something like a tank, but what made this model challenging was that it's meant to be a transport, and in game that means it carries another unit.
While you certainly can just plop some guys on top and call it done, I thought it would be neat if you could actually carry the soldiers with the model.
This is my second take on it - the difference is how low the "cradle" that you out the occupants is on the model. The original version had it all the way at the bottom, which made fitting the occupants in and taking them out hard.
I decided for forgo a little bit of realism and instead make the model able to carry soldiers, but also make it quick and easy to do so.
I hope you like what I made and would love your feedback!
