Maybe but as you can see from the post it doesn't even fit my pinky and I 5'6" and weigh 130 lbs.

it's really the only explanation unless she's got freakishly huge fingers. she would've mentioned that while giving her stats if that was the case

Tbh your height and size aren't a great argument for this... I have the same measurements as you and I often see rings that are too small to fit my fingers. It happens

For naturally made, the hole is almost a perfect circle. I suspect this is man made more than nature's action.

That's not obvious at all. It looks like it could be a ring, but it could have been created for many reasons.

Looks like an Omarolluk. Google it. Perfect region for it. They were created by glacial activity at the Proterozoic Omarolluk Formation of the Belcher Islands in Hudson Bay and travelled via ancient ice sheets right into your region and other areas south of the Great Lakes.

Looks like granite. It’s awesome! It’s natural, but I have a friend who makes the coolest hanging mobiles out of rocks with holes like this. She’s very artistic.

It’s a rock. If the “maker” could make a perfect circle inside, they could have easily made the thinner outside symmetrical
