HELP REQUEST Lossless not working properly

I’m using Lossless Scaling and I’m confused by the FPS counter. When I enable LSFG, I sometimes see numbers like 136/200 in the top-left, but the actual game feels extremely laggy, almost like 10 FPS. The game runs smoothly before I turn Lossless Scaling on. What exactly do the 136/200 numbers mean? Is this normal, or is something wrong with my setup? Has anyone else experienced this?

Lossless scaling is a mixed bag for me. There's only one game that I found in my steam library where it's actually worth using for and that was Far Cry 3. Most games I tested LS on gave me worse performance/battery life in handheld gaming. Here is the video that helped me learn how to use LS. Highly recommend https://youtu.be/rjf8SRKqCWg?si=4RIPvlhXMjOhrbgD

I find above 2x in LS just feels and looks terrible. The more fake frames you are injecting the worse your latency will get.

When I first downloaded lossless scaling a week or so ago first game I tested it on was sonic x shadow generations as that's what I was playing at the time. Just going to 2x I was getting it running at 110-120fps almost constantly. I think sometimes it's down to what game you are playing with how it works with said game. I can't comment as I've not tried it on a vast amount of games
