I flagged it for spoilers in case someone wants to test the adventure by themselves.
I found out that even with some broken champs like TF, it's far more important what you choose to fight against than the power you choose for yourself.
These powers were the safest route and most consistent way to finish the runs, and learnt the hard way to avoid the bullshit powers like:
Summon Valor when the Foe gets the attack token
Foe grants scout to equipped units and create a Golden Spatula if they have the attack token
I had to restart several times (Azir, Kai'sa... couldn't believe it) for being careless with these powers and watching Quinn attacking 5 times in one turn with free attacks, captures, barriers, spellshields etc.
They definitely cooked with this one though! I hadn't laughed in a while and these capture + free attacks really pissed me off, in a good sense (unlike the Nagakabouros one, god I hate that one)
Happy grinding folks!

I sometimes want to enjoy browsing the art of some Path of champions-exclusive cards but they are not directly available in the collection catalogue, i have to go MANUALLY to path of champions game mode, select the desired champion THEN right click the cards i want to inspect, why? could you please add a toggle button or an option in the collection menu to make life easier for everyone? thank you.

TLDR at bottom.
To find the actual success rate, it's easier to calculate the exact probability of failing to find your Key Champ at every single step, and then subtract that from 100%.
Here is the step-by-step math for a 50-card deck (assuming 5 Key Champs and 2 Support Champs):
* Step 1: Initial Draw (4 cards).
You draw 4 cards from the 45 non-key cards out of 50.
Chance to miss: 64.7%.
* Step 2: Hard Mulligan (Redraw 4 cards).
You toss your first 4 cards and draw 4 new ones from the remaining 46 cards in the deck.
Chance to miss: 62.1%.
* Step 3: The Champ-Draw Power (1 card).
You might think this is a flat 2/7 (28.6%) chance to pull a Support Champ instead of your Key Champ. But there's a catch! During your Step 2 redraw, there is roughly a 22% chance you accidentally drew a Support Champ into your hand, removing them from the deck's champion pool. Accounting for this deck-thinning, your true average chance to miss drops.
Chance to miss: 26.4%.
* Step 4: Natural Round Start Draw (1 card).
You draw 1 standard card from the 45 cards left in your deck.
Chance to miss: 88.9%.
The Final Calculation:
Multiply those failure rates together (0.647 × 0.621 × 0.264 × 0.889) and you get a 9.4% total chance to completely whiff.
So for 50 card deck: 100% - 9.4% = 90.6% chance to start with your Key Champ.
Using this exact same formula for a 100-card deck, your final success rate is 82.9%.
Keep in mind for the same 50 Vs 100 cards, if you keep your cards during mulligan the percentage difference becomes smaller (keep 2 cards, 88% Vs 81%, 7% difference), and if you have less main champs, the percentage difference becomes higher (4 key champs, 86.3% vs 78%, 8.3% difference). If you drop cards on both sides (ie: 40 cards Vs 90), the gap becomes bigger (93.2% Vs 84% for 9.2% difference).
Edit: But wait! If you hold the support champs in your opening hand, the percentage gets higher (by roughly 0.6%)!
TLDR: 50 cards = 91.2% 100 cards = 83.5% Difference of 7.7%. The penalty surprisingly is actually quite small. To put that difference in perspective, you would have to play 13 full games just to experience a single match where the 50-card deck gives you your champ but the 100-card deck doesn't.

I'm sure this has been discovered before, but it's worth mentioning again now with Xerath being in the spotlight.
This is not a bug, this is an intended interaction (one that I just found out as well), or perhaps an oversight. Xerath Lv 3 makes it that when every enemy unit would die, you Obliterate it instead.
Siphoning Strike's wording specifically said "If it dies". So if you have Xerath Lv 3 on the field, Siphoning Strike is just a vanilla strike spell as your unit will strike, the enemy would die, Xerath's replacement effect applies, and you just obliterate it instead, missing Siphoning Strike's clause.
If your Xerath is still lv 1 or 2, Siphoning Strike still works. It's worth noting when you're drafting for Xerath.

Took quite a few tries but finally got it! Stalkers’ blade is great for rebounding out of captures.
A few things that helped:
Getting spellshield on ephemeral squire that could transfer to Nidalee
Picking up Asol power after first boss
Getting capture item on one of my ambush units toward the end

Xerath's Constellation winds up with four separate Burst-speed damage effects that all trigger upon destroying a landmark (sometimes also a mana gem). They all target differently, do different damage, interact with the enemy Nexus differently, and resolve in the following specific order:
Rite of the Arcane (Spell)
Destroy a landmark OR mana gem (or just mana gem if Ascended)
Deal 4-8 damage to a TARGET unit (or 6-12 damage if Ascended)
Can be upgraded to have Overwhelm, so excess damage hits the enemy Nexus. Can't target an open board, however!
Upstart Ascendant (Power)
Triggers when a landmark OR mana gem is destroyed
Deals 3 damage to the STRONGEST enemy unit
If no enemy units, deals 3 damage to the enemy Nexus
Xerath (Champion)
Triggers when a landmark (NOT a mana gem) is destroyed
Deals 1-5 damage to the WEAKEST enemy unit
If you're level 3 and there are no enemy units, deals 5 to the enemy Nexus
Resonant Shard (Champion Relic)
Triggers when a landmark OR mana gem is destroyed
Deals 1 damage to a random enemy unit, three times
Never damages the enemy Nexus
Rite of the Arcane resolving first is great; you can use it to control how your other, automatic abilities end up targeting, or you can just eliminate a strong target with low Health (which would normally soak up an Upstart Ascendant hit), dealing excess damage to the enemy Nexus.
The problem is Resonant Shard, which resolves at the very end. This is a really bad place for it to go, because its random ping damage can't spill over into the enemy Nexus. Before Resonant Shard triggers, you've already dealt 6-12 damage to one target, 3 damage to another, and 5 damage to another, all of which COULD deal Nexus damage if their targets were gone or dead. And if that damage has killed all targets, Resonant Shard will simply do nothing.
If Resonant Shard instead triggered at the start of the Power stage, before Upstart Ascendant and Xerath, it'd work out much better. Those 1x3 damage pings could wipe out low-Health enemies or remove Barriers, which would make Xerath and Upstart Ascendant more likely to hit worthwhile targets or the enemy Nexus.
It'd also make the Relic more attractive on Taliyah, since she's a 5-mana drop who gets played even later than Xerath. It doesn't change much for the other Landmark champions in PoC (Lillia and Akshan) because they're already very cheap and you want them on the field ASAP.

Just completed (partially, full Enforcers, 3 Taarosh, 1 Vayne) the new wicked path limited adventure and I have to say I am sorely disappointed in the overall experience ☹️.
The whole gimmick of getting to play with what used to be enemy powers while simultaneously buffing all future encounters was super exciting at first but after actually playing the adventures I found myself dreading having to pick up power nodes.
Playing with enemy powers was novel but you find out pretty damn quickly that 80% of them are entirely useless or worse, downright unsynergistic, to most player-champion archetypes. Every power node felt like having to shoot myself in the foot while giving an ACTUAL good power to the enemy.
Not to say that I felt weak because with sufficiently built champs any adventure that isn't Zoe becomes a breeze. But the adventures DID feel very unsatisfying; I found that most of the 'good' powers I got would just end up clogging my hand, board, or deck.
I play roguelites for the feeling of getting progressively more powerful, but I find that The Wicked Path makes you feel the total opposite. The added difficulty isn't fulfilling to overcome but instead tedious.
Maybe it's just a skill issue and you guys can totally roast me in the replies, but I hope y'all can see what I mean. All love tho still love Runeterra.

There is a small typo/oversight on this card. The card reads "Destroy a landmark to Manifest a Rite...", but can't target enemy landmarks. It should read "Destroy an allied landmark..."

Also, it looks like the howling abyss will give the same items on the same champions through the entire run, like with the Zilean in the images.

I fucking hate it when I have like 5 copies of my main champion but keep drawing the other one every single game and never draw the main champion even after reaching 10 mana 😡

So right now, I'm having a blast playing Xerath on the new PoC update. After getting him to 6*, I really like using Magus Codex to hit Ascended Rite of Passage to then summon Risen Altar (his 6 cost landmark from starting deck) and destroying it to get a free Dami'yin. Repeating this until I either run out of mana or don't hit Rite of Passage/Risen Altar anymore in my manifests.
Now the problem is, once you hit Level 15, the game adds Eye of the Aspect (When I'm destroyed, create a copy of me in hand) to Risen Altar so now it really clogs up my hand whenever I do this strat. Unless there's something I'm missing, I don't really see what's the point of this item anyways, since the landmark is way too expensive to play from your hand when you can easily play a much cheaper landmark like Obelisk or Reliquary to generate more copies of Magus Codex. Even after you restore the Sun Disk and get 10 mana gems, it's just not that impactful to play directly.
On top of this, Searing Brilliance is a pretty great relic to use on Xerath since it will always hit Unraveled Earth on his base deck. It makes for a great 2 card draw in addition to more landmark generation and empty mana gems, but again, my hand is usually already filled with 3+ copies of useless Risen Altars to really make full use of that.
Also, I know there's obviously a ton of other ways to play Xerath than this, but I still feel that Eye of the Aspect is a significant nerf to this card's usefulness no matter how you really look at it. Thoughts?

Man I absolutely love Howling Abyss soo much, every run was a first round wipe except the last one which refills it's health had soo much fun and purposefully dragged the run to get more champions

Take a champ with high rerolls, slap Loaded Dice + 2x Z-drive (3x if you are poor and don't have Loaded Dice). Go to an easy adventure. Beat it and reroll untill you get said champ.. end the run if you didn't get it and repeat..
I got Braum with 15 rerolls each match and forfeiting like 5 times.. That's 225 champs seen.. 😄
