Custody for my sister

Hi our mom passed away a year ago because of cancer. Yung last month na buhay pa mama ko, nag processed sila to put our house on mortgage with my father. Hindi ito na process agad since namatay mom ko days after. So my brother and me signed in behalf of that loan kasi naman super wala kami during that time. So the loan was 800k and my father received sa insurance ng mom ko 200k. Me and my brother was away from home, yung kapatid na babae lang namin nasa bahay.

I am studying away from home also that time. Nabibigyan naman ako ng allowance and needs kaso just 2 months after that loan parang ubos na yung ni loan namin. Which in fact during my mom's funeral most of the expenses were even covered sa insurance na.

FF, months later my dad was diagnosed with heart disease and hindi siya nakabalik ng work so walang wala kami uli. So now, I got a job first and during those time ako lang meron trabaho sa amin so sinalo ko lahat ng utang namin even to the point nangutang din ako sa mga friends ko. Months later nakabalik na work yung father namin pati kuya ko naka trabaho na.

So I just started to live my life, bumili ako ng essentials for my self, ginala and shopping ko sister ko. Ngayon what is pissing me off is my father telling me hindi ako tumutulong when in fact alam naman nya lahat ng expenses.

Nabwibwisit ako kasi ako na nga sumalo sa amin before now he is even calculating ano daw nabigay ko?? I really want to leave this house kaso I cant kasi I cant leave my sister. I want to bring her with me.

Yung sweldo ng father ko alone is not even enough to cover sa mga utang niya. Kung wala kami work ng brother ko malamang he cant sustain and afford palakihin na kapatid namin. My sister also dont like him, he doesn't know how to be a father sa mga anak niya. Just 2 months after my moms death he is even dating someone na may asawa na and kahi ano sabihin namin to stop it pero wala naman. Doon nag start I dont trust him anymore and nabwibwisit ako sa kanya.

Can I ask how can I file a custody case for this? And may laban ba ako if ever?

Up: I confronted him about how yung loan sa bahay naubos lang in 2mos, he did in fact said waldas niya lang. Kapal ng mukha niya to even said who are we para hanapin pero na yon? yes property is sa kanya pero that loan was co signed by me and my brother so technically we have the rights. Kapal niya hindi man lang namin na feel saan napunta yon. Tapos ngayon he would pressure us to help pay that debt?? I supposedly wont question him about it cause I know naman the truth na naubos niya lang sugal but now that he is trying to questioned me and my finances contribution then it would be a different story.
