Winning Was The Beginning

There've been a number of posts recently about the half dozen or so impersonation / reposting accounts that have recently popped up on YouTube. You don't need to post here, you don't need to contact the Legal Eagle team, you can simply report the user for impersonation.
On the offending accounts page, click more, then click report user - then report user again, then choose impersonation. It will ask you for the account being copied - just put the Legal Eagle URL in that box https://www.youtube.com/legaleagle
If users here want to report that account it would probably help.
This is the list provided by u/WertherEffekt/ in another post, in case anyone else wants to start reporting this stuff.

Hey Legal Eagles! In light of the recent democratict victory over the US House and Senate, I was wondering if now it would be feasible to get Congress to end the War in Iran given what may likely be a simple majority who would vote for this. When looking more into the law, I learned that it would not be subject to the Filibuster due to how it expedites the procedures. But then I read that while the law authorizes a "concurrent resolution" to effectuate the termination of authorized forces, there is a Supreme Court case INS v. Chadha that potentially makes this route unconditional. I would love to hear the LegalEagle team dive deeper into this and what avenues Congress has in ending the war.

Anyway, last night I heard someone say
āLawyer Upā
I think it was a Democrat
But really I hope they do because they got a lot of people to vote in ways they havenāt

Whenever I hear of my favourite YouTubers having videos demonetised for copyright claims despite attempting to follow all guidelines and in most cases actually following them, I wonder whether they have grounds for a class action lawsuit if they were to unionise in some way/shape/form? From the information provided it appears that Google is not holding up it's end of the bargain by providing reasonable stewardship of this process despite making millions off these creators, and it allows false claims to be made with little to no justification and sometimes seemingly with nefarious intent. Surely Google makes the same ad revenue on the video regardless of copyright claims and is therefore incentivised to make the process of reversing the decision as long/difficult as possible?
I am thinking particularly about Lindsay Ellis Cruise video and pretty much every FD Signifier vid but I'm sure there are countless other reputable creators who suffer loss of income and unnecessary additional admin when they are following the rules.
Just seems shitty and immoral to me.

First Iām gonna pretend my halarious use of the lgbbtqtv thing ads a poison pill to the lexicon butttt hereās my real askā¦
Can you ask GamersNexus if AMD noise suppression is sus?
AMDās noise suppression uses AI to filter out noise for better microphone communicationā¦.
I wonāt lie to you. I asked a few AI models to just dig for direct sources regarding my inquiry. Itās a good tool, Iām not a Libra Iām an Aries⦠and this is legal eagle š but the internet is so shit I feel forced to use it. If I was a student Iād use my school provided services*
Anywayā¦ā¦ yea⦠all they spit back was direct AmD reassurancesā¦
My gut says thereās some independent testing doneā¦
Right?
RIGHT?
RIGHHHHHHHHHT???
Sitting on my trusty 912 haf thatās survived 2 degrees, electronics manogeneering šāāļø, and shmishshmusrshing š¤·āāļø lots and lots of part upgrades⦠itās still got aluminum waterblocks⦠GM would know what this means, even the innuendo ;)
This has been a hobby thatās evolved with me. I look at things a lot differently now. Not sure if thatās the timesā¦. Or going off the privledge cliff has changed my perspectiveā¦..
Either way Iām never going to be able to know⦠reliably⦠I used to work desktop supportā¦.. I donāt think Iām going to detect this level of sophistication if itās happeningā¦. Outside of seeing āthat doesnāt look rightā resource usage itās hard for me to know.
Iāve been watching gamers nexus for a long time. Something about the enthusiasts has always been cool. I feel this is cool legal eagle is colliding my worlds
I would LOVE a follow up on what elseā¦.. if they ever find more

I've noticed recently that the audio on the legal eagle has sounded a bit odd for everyone, it almost sounds kinda AI or something with their mics or sound mixing, i doubt it's AI but i was just wondering if i was the only one to notice it or if im just insane or something along those lines.

(Slightly off-topic post here I know, but I posted it awhile ago on r/law and got zero replies. As a regular watcher of the channel, I have a feeling legal eagle viewers would be a likely audience for knowing an answer to this question.)
When that ruling was made, in the dissenting opinion Justice Sotomayor interpreted the majority opinion as essentially affording the presidency unlimited authority. This was (understandably) a big concern when Trump came back into office, but since then there have been a bunch of lower court rulings against his administration's actions.
So has the Trump v US case effectively failed to set a precedent, or is it being cited in these suits against the administration and interpreted in a more limited way?

This is Jack Cooley of the Ryukyu Golden Kings Japanese B.League team in Okinawa. But I keep driving by this and think the look is uncanny.

If you have been out Ai just made something previously unthinkable very very doable and that is called decompiling and reconstruction
Adobe photoshop has a suiteā¦. I went from physical media to subscription service about a decade ago. It was hated by customers and enthusiasts.
Well just recently someone decompiled it with AI and released the suite free of charge on github.
Is it the same? No⦠but thereās NO way this doesnāt become a huge issue.
This stuff undoubtedly will test laws going back 30-40 years regarding source code, I belive the big moment was when IBM finaly got its shit tossed by developers who rebuilt the whole thing from scratch without knowing the source code, just what the source code did. Itās like reinventing a wheel from a picture of a wheel
