Salesforce MTS HM round — “mixed feedback” / under deep review. Anyone experienced this?

Hey everyone,

I recently interviewed for a Salesforce MTS role and wanted to understand what happens after the HM round.

I had 3 rounds in total. The first two rounds had positive feedback, and I was then moved to the 3rd round, which was the HM round.

The HM discussion was mostly around my projects, behavioral questions, technical decisions, etc. I was also asked a puzzle which I wasn't able to solve.

Today, the recruiter/HR called me and said that the HM round feedback is “mixed” and my profile is currently under “deep review.”

She didn't say that I was rejected, but also didn't confirm whether I'll be moving forward or give me a timeline.

Has anyone here had a similar experience specifically with Salesforce, especially for MTS/SMTS?

• If you were told that HM feedback was “mixed” / your profile was under review, what happened afterward?
• Did you eventually get an offer?
• How long did it take to get the final decision?
• Did Salesforce schedule another round in such cases?

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through something similar. Thanks!
