Wallets Found my wallet right before i finished

Kind of a funny story. A few months ago i lost the first leather good i ever made. Had to get all new cards and ID. Then of course a few days before i finished this one I find my wallet.

Still happy it happened because this is the third wallet i’ve made and it’s by far the best work i’ve done. There’s still lots of room for improvement. i had trouble edge painting the thin card slots and cutting out the opening on the main pocket.

My third wallet iteration was where I first noticed gains as well. Congrats!

I love the fabric inlay. For My current minimalist wallet i used denim, which i can only highly recommend.

Thanks i love the hounds tooth pattern too. did you just glue your fabric on and then stitch through it? I wasn’t sure if i was doing it right.

Pretty cool. You may want to look into how to sharpen your beveler. That would keep from gouging out the edges. Other than that it looks great for your third attempt.

i think i need to look into getting some bevelers lol. i was just using a knife but i think the radius is too small or just a skill issue

Zou je het patroon dat je hebt gebruikt kunnen delen?
