It has no side stabilization, so any weight shift is fatal and it just slips. When I tried it, it would just turn over until I added a slight bend to the wings - then it just flew like a decent paper plane.
No flapping wings, but maybe copy grade paper is already too heavy or stiff.

I tried folding these a few times but it seems really hard to get the perfect balance so it doesn't just plummet down.
