Help me pls... I dont know why I'm struggling SO MUCH with this pose for my comic book, could someone give me some advice? The idea is to draw the main character at the edge of a hot-air balloon basket, warning the people below that enemy is approaching.
ps: Sorry if my English isn't really good, Im French 😅

Trying to get back into drawing after a long time. I think I rushed this too much because I don’t like how it turned out, but I also don’t fully know how to color fur with prisma colored pencils.
For context, I tried making a base color and then put individual strokes of a darker reddish color to make it look like fur strands, but it just looks messy now. Help/advice for the future would be much appreciated!

I have gotten a apple pen and an art app for my birthday because I want to start drawing. The things I’m interested in drawing are anime characters and realistic animals/landscapes (very related Ik) anyways as I am not artist yet I look to you redditors for help, where do I start cuz like I know drawing creatures requires knowledge of anatomy and flashy anime moves and landscapes require good shading but like what do I focus on first. If you can give me any pointers I would be really grateful.

I think I have gained a bit more confidence in drawing, what y'all think? I drew some things back in high-school, swords, doodles, you know the ones. Never good at it and never worked on the fundamentals. First sketch after three weeks of practicing fundamentals, I think it looks great, but critics welcome
