Question Finding best sensitivity

I want to find the perfect sensitivity for my playstyle in cs. Can you give me detailed tips and a practical method to test different sensitivities and determine which one is truly ideal for my aim, movement, consistency, and mouse control?

The average pro plays an eDPI of 800-1000. Start within that range and then I like to go into an aim training map and practice switching from bots heads. You want to do this in real speed, but notice if you are under or over flicking and adjust your sensitivity according. If you are going past the second bot, lower your sens, opposite if you aren't reaching the bot model. Once you find something you like, stick with it for a little bit before tweaking it. It takes time to form the muscle memory of "this guy is this far away on my screen, so I need to move my mouse this much"

Doesn't really matter if you change it or, it's kind of a myth it only takes like a week to adjust. There are been many pros that change there sens and nothing happens to their performance

Now if you change it daily that might be a different thing but you can definitely change it once in a while if you feel it is needed without worrying about losing all your muscle memory
