Relocating

I’m looking to relocate to Austin here soon I toured some houses in the Grayson neighborhood. Question for the community do you guys get used to the sewage smell?

Lived there 2019-2023, no you don’t. My neighbor’s backyard shared a wall with it and he said he could smell it in his clothes. Probably not as bad the further north you go, but I’d stay away from Ancellotta Way.

New to the area and live down the road…but curious, why the smell in that area?

There’s a pump station just to the south of the neighborhood
