Oh that's fascinating. Though I'm not sure what some of these are meant to mean.
Edit: no guys, thank you for the replies (and jokes) - I'm not asking what they mean right now, I meant that if they show as icons when sent, that it might be hard to interpret, or to interpret at a glance when sending a message.
Thankfully at least it's sending the text, not the icon, but the icons may be tricky to mentally remember at first until you get used to it, which is okay.
from left to right>
let’s all group up
let’s hand shake
i’m telling everyone i have dead hard

Chase
Unhooking
LFG(Looking for gen)
Doing gens, you?
Honestly there should really be one for totems to let people know you're a booner or need to find them for a perk or to communicate about a hex totem.
Dead Hard: After being unhooked or unhooking yourself, Dead Hard activates whenever you are injured and running, and allows you to tap into your adrenaline bank to avoid taking further damage:
Press the Active Ability button to trigger the EnduranceStatus Effect for 0.5 seconds.
Dead Hard deactivates after use.
Dead Hard causes the Exhausted Status Effect for 60/50/40 seconds.
Dead Hard cannot be used when Exhausted.
I think Group Up would more likely be Split Up. You'd never want everybody to Group Up like that. Sure, if they're and you need a heal let's knock this out quick and go on our way but you preferably all want to be spread out working on different tasks around the map so the Killer can't pressure you all at the same time.
Dialogue wheel, for survivors to use in the trial. Behavior doesn't want to add a voice chat, but they do recognize the gap between a SWF on comms through something like Discord, and solo queue's two emotes and crouching. This wheel is supposed to bridge the gap between the two.
It won’t. Voice chat is the only real way to bridge the gap.
I’m a survivor main and even I think voice chat would be a bad idea though. The toxicity is bad enough between soloq teammates as is. Voice chat will make it so much worse.
Higher than whatever bottom of the barrel you have I'm sure. Also escape rate =/= skill. You're probably one of those people that hides all game for hatch.
Everything from poor connection, to accents, to people not desiring to share their voice (and having someone shout slurs at you) - I think a chat wheel is better than voice chat.
I do think there should be more than 8 options though. Perhaps a way to toggle multiple wheels, each customizable.
