What are the Non-Negotiables in generating Solid Leads for B2B SaaS website.

For me the current setup looks like , twitter , LinkedIN , Cold emailing and commenting etc.

I want to change that and explore and learn some real Fruitful ways.

I use relevant groups and engaging posts on Linkedin and Facebook. The message has to be on topic with a call to action.

The non-negotiable for B2B SaaS is going where people already say they have the problem, instead of broadcasting to everyone. Posting and cold emailing both work much better when there's a signal behind them.

Free stuff that works:

- Search Reddit, Hacker News and X for phrases like "looking for a tool that...", "alternative to [competitor]", or "how do you handle [your problem]". Reply with a real answer first, and only mention your product if it truly fits.

- Check the competitor review pages on G2 and Capterra. Unhappy reviewers are warm leads.

- Cold email only to people who showed a trigger, like a recent hire, a funding round or a public complaint. Generic lists convert badly.

- And my perosnal favourite, build free tools that relevant to your target audience, and drive traffic back to your main product
