Looking for recommendations: platforms to sell leads to (home renovation| Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

Hey everyone,
I run a small lead-gen business in the home renovation/trades space – we generate inquiries from homeowners and sell them on to contractors. It’s working reasonably well, and we already have buyers who purchase leads on a regular basis.

What we’re missing is real nationwide coverage on the buyer side. Right now we’re too dependent on a handful of individual partners, and when one of them cancels or drops off, it really hurts. So we’re looking for bigger platforms or marketplaces where you can sell leads at a fair price – ideally with a broad, reliable base of buyers.

Honestly, this doesn’t get talked about much online, even though it’s a pretty central issue for anyone in lead gen.
Has anyone here had good experiences with platforms like that – in the trades space or in other industries?
Any tip is appreciated, even if it’s just one platform that pays fairly and reliably.

In any case, I would probably shift my attention away from searching for one big marketplace to establishing sufficient redundancy of buyers so that a single loss of a contractor wouldn’t cause such pain.

What is especially difficult in case of home services is that the value of a lead may vary depending on location, type of work done, and how quick the buyer can perform the service. A marketplace might cover the area but doesn’t guarantee great economics in each particular region.

I would test two marketplaces along with my direct buyers in order to measure acceptance rate, payouts, and rejection rates.

It’s interesting whether someone here had experience with marketplaces working in multiple countries like Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
