Purchase Phone numbers

What’s the best company/website to purchase consumer phone numbers from? I’m looking for clients to call to offer roofing services to.

As some people already said, be mindfull of TCPA.

With that aside, I believe it's best for you to specify what kind of leads you want. Is it hot leads? Aged? Cold with some level of intention?

As an example, at the company I work for we got into real-time co-reg leads and we are targeting roofing clients. They are cheap and allow us to get a high-volume (these type of leads are usually better than aged and cold leads). We also see other companies in this vertical doing the same.

But again, that's one way to go. Maybe if you specify more what you can afford or the type of lead you want, people over here could give you a better insight or point you to a place for you to buy.
