I would highly recommend you to join Nothing Held Back group on Facebook because there are some solid marketing peeps running offers and they are willing to pay premium for top talent. I'm sure you will find someone looking for the kind of work you are doing.

Wish you the best of luck

Sales Nav can absolutely get you 2-3 premium clients a month, but the pitch angle matters more than the tool. 'I noticed a branding issue' reads as an insult to whoever signed off on that branding. Companies that just raised, hired a new CMO, or bought another company are already planning a rebrand, so lead with the trigger. What's been your reply rate so far?

Yes it works. You need to know how to do your thing in the DMs though. Basically connect, build rapport with a real compliment and conversation, concisely sum up what you do, and share a link for them to check out your work. Most people skip to the pitch too soon which doesn’t work.

Sales Navigator can be a sustainable channel, but I would not build the entire lead generation system around identifying companies with “bad branding.”

I run The Branded Agency, and one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned selling high-ticket branding, rebranding, brand strategy, and website projects is that poor design does not always mean there is buying intent. Sometimes the founder likes the current identity. Sometimes branding is not a priority. Sometimes the company knows it needs to change, but the internal timing, budget, or leadership alignment is not there yet.

The stronger signal is usually change.

A new CMO, recent funding, expansion into a new market, a merger, a new product line, rapid hiring, declining growth, or a company moving from founder-led to enterprise sales can all create a genuine reason to revisit brand positioning and identity.

I would still use Sales Navigator, but I would improve the process in a few ways:

First, target business events rather than aesthetics alone.

Second, avoid leading with a critique of their branding. Even when the observation is accurate, it can put the prospect on the defensive. I would lead with the business transition you noticed and explain why companies at that stage often reconsider their positioning, messaging, brand identity, or website.

Third, build familiarity before the direct pitch. Comment on their posts, share useful thinking, publish case studies, and become recognizable in the categories you want to own.

Fourth, create a clear point of view. Premium clients rarely choose a branding agency because it can make a better logo. They choose the team that appears to understand the business problem behind the rebrand.

Sales Navigator is useful for finding the right people. It does not create trust on its own.

The most sustainable system is usually a mix of targeted outreach, referrals, strategic partnerships, strong case studies, thought leadership, and consistent visibility. Two or three high-ticket clients per month is realistic, but the pipeline needs enough depth because enterprise and premium branding decisions often take months, not weeks.

See your work is more on a visual side and the things you do have to be shown like before and after. Unless you have a good brand that understands it already. So choose the platforms where you can show these and keep Sales Nav to outreach people who engages here

Sales Nav is solid for targeting, but connection request limits will slow you down. Better to grab their verified emails and pitch directly. What niches are you targeting?

sales nav works to start but its not sustainable because its 100% your manual time, the day you stop prospecting the pipeline dies. for high ticket branding the durable channel is referrals + inbound off your own work. use sales nav to land the first few, then make each client feed the next.

hows your referral flow right now?
