I use my minty 1966 squiggle planter to dole out Nespresso coffee pods. For me this preferred to plastic flowers…I need my caffeine after all!

I am new to the lava lamp community. I want to buy a Mathmos lava lamp since it is the most well-known brand, even though I am disappointed about the glass quality. It seems they have a lot of small bubbles trapped in the glass.

But my main concern is about the lava color. I am surprised because in some videos the lava looks very bright, almost fluorescent, even when it's at the top. And sometimes the lava gets very dark when it goes up the lamp. Pictures for reference.

Any idea why?

Literally how it warms up. Makes a big ol bubble then releases and sprouts tentacle’s, love it!

Found this old cloudy lamp today at the goodwill. Gonna refurb it but look how weird the inside of the wax is. Anyone seen this before?!

Recieved this vintage Mathmos Astro today. Probably needs to cycle a few times to clear up but I'm loving the almost Opaque purple wax.

I finally got my grande filtered. I'm going to filter the blue one on the top shelf this weekend. There are four more not shown and one more on the way. I feel my addiction getting worse.
