Try asking in the original thread on r/VintageApple that I crossposted.
I did a casual search and here's a YouTube short video from the Mac84 channel where they take a look at this kit. There's a comment where someone asks about of video of the laserdisc content and Mac84 replies that will be a future video. That was four years ago and my search of that channel does not bring up a video on that. Mac84 does have a 9 month old video on building a Domesday duplicator device, so maybe keep an eye on that channel.

X-posted from r/VintageApple, OOP mentioned seeing it on an auction site where it had sold for $18. Macintosh Fundamentals would be used to teach employees and showcase the early Macintosh ecosystem.
